Session Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 1 May 2026
All sessions are offered by appointment only and are subject to availability.
Advance booking is recommended.
Session Expiration
Session series and prepaid sessions are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the expiration period.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited or charged in full.
No-shows will be treated as completed sessions.
Late Arrivals
Sessions will conclude at the originally scheduled end time regardless of arrival time in order to respect scheduling for other clients.
Refund Policy
All session purchases, packages, and series are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of 6 Release.
Health & Physical Responsibility
Clients are responsible for disclosing injuries, surgeries, medical conditions, physical limitations, or other relevant health concerns prior to participation.
Clients should consult with a healthcare provider prior to booking if uncertain whether services are appropriate for their condition.
Scope of Service
6 Release sessions are intended to support movement quality, mobility, physical awareness, and general wellness.
Services provided are not medical treatment, massage therapy, chiropractic care, or physical therapy.
No medical diagnosis, treatment, or guarantees of results are provided.
Client Comfort & Communication
Clients are encouraged to communicate openly regarding comfort level, pressure, positioning, or discomfort at any time during the session.
Sessions may be adjusted, modified, or discontinued at any point.
Right to Refuse Service
6 Release reserves the right to refuse or discontinue sessions if participation is determined to be unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the intended scope of practice.
Agreement
By booking or participating in a session, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies and terms.
